After many months with winter darkness - at 8th. of March the sun can again be seen in the fantastic Mountain landscape at Svalbard. We arrived a few days later and was met by some sun at the airport. Longyearbyen the last town before the North Pole.
The first time I visited Spitsbergen year ago. It was a great cruise https://poseidonexpeditions.com/arctic/svalbard-east-greenland-iceland/ and a special tour, cuz it was my birthday. And now such landscapes give me delight and inspire.
